Ilaithaaga Mulmaram Kolga Kalaiyunar Kaikollum Kaazhttha Idatthu

Destroy the thorn, while tender point can work thee no offence; Matured by time, ’twill pierce the hand that plucks it thence.

முள் மரத்தை இளையதாக இருக்கும் போதே வெட்ட வேண்டும், காழ்ப்பு ஏறி முதிர்ந்த போது வெட்டுகின்றவரின் கையை அது வருத்தும்.
